Mou signed to cooperate with Japanese hanwa in BOPP FILMS

On 19 May 2020, Plastic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (Plaschem) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanwa (Japan). The purpose of the MOU is to establish an effective partnership between HANWA and PLASCHEM with regard to BOPP Film for Japan market.

Specifically, PLASCHEM agrees to provide HANWA with stable production and regular supply of BOPP Film to be manufactured in Long An Province when the Tu Phuong BOPP Film Factory is put into operation. HANWA agrees to conduct marketing activities mainly targeting at customers in Japan, to promote the sales of BOPP Film supplied by PLASCHEM. Both parties will cooperate closely by sharing effective information regarding supply conditions, market updates and relevant information time to time, in order to increase gains and profits for both parties.
